Proven to be adept at identifying and securing resource supply. Previous experience project/programme budgetary and financial management. Proven track record of working well under pressure with clear, logical thinking in challenging situations. Strong customer focus and an excellent ability to manage customer relationships; working with the team to understand technical solutions and effectively communicate this to a wider audience. Proven track record of being able to work on multiple in-flight projects at the same time, ensuring all are completed to a high standard. Good working knowledge of Jira & Confluence or similar packages. Knowledge of Agile and other industry wide initiatives that promote quality and process improvement.. Experience of working with/Matrix managing an Application Development, Application Support or Infrastructure Delivery teams. General knowledge of all areas of IT Application and Infrastructure.
