Content Design are responsible for our client experience across our web and mobile app, support articles and service emails, from the moment a client starts onboarding.Content Design is at the heart of this venture, helping ensure the client experience we create meets the expectations of our users, delivers on our commercial goals and meets our compliance and controls standards. Our team are known for their straightforward, effective, concise writing and for being excellent collaborators and communicators.Responsibilities include:* Leading the Content Design phases of multiple initiatives, from new product and service design to uplifts of our existing client experience.* Collaborating productively with designers, product managers and researchers to solve problems.* Connect customer journey needs with business goals, design direction and brand guidelines to create effective, intuitive content across our end-to-end client experience.* Working closely with our Controls, Compliance and Legal team to get the appropriate approvals in place for all of your content initiatives.* Develop messaging with attention to accessibility and meaning for different audiences.* Helping to improve our processes (eg helping to maintain and improve our style guide, our JIRA and confluence systems, our usage of AI and LLM tools, or our ways of working with key teams)* Champion the importance of effective content design with your stakeholders* Take responsibility for the comprehension of the content you write. You'll work with our external research partner to test that target users understand your writing and the user experiences you work on.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills* You are passionate about communicating clearly and making the complex simple* You are skilled and highly experienced in developing new products and services as well as improving existing features and experiences* You're a strong collaborator who can work across Design, Product, Engineering and Brand ensuring a consistent voice* You can balance systematic, logical thinking with engaging storytelling* Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team of researchers, product designers, technologists and business experts to create new products and services* You are customer-centric and commercially minded* You have demonstrable experience improving a content team's ways of working* Extensive experience writing and editing digital (UX) content* Excellent communication skills, with native fluency in written and verbal English.* Experience in Figma and the Atlassian suite of software (Jira & Confluence) is desirable* Experience in Financial Services, Banking or Investment is preferred, but not required.
