Collaborate with the sales manager and team to implement sales strategies aimed at revenue growth and business development. Work with your team to meet and exceed the annual budget set by senior management. Achieve and surpass individual sales targets established during quarterly meetings. Conduct cold and warm calls to explore new and lapsed client opportunities. Schedule and conduct regular client site visits and planning meetings. Stay informed about the pricing structure and leverage opportunities during peak and off-peak periods. Stay updated on key competitors, assessing their strengths and weaknesses compared to the venue. Identify and capitalize on up-selling opportunities to boost sales. Stay abreast of market trends and adjust strategies to align with industry changes.
