Proven experience in Facilities Management-preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or a high-profile venue. Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations, compliance, and risk management. Experience managing technical & AV troubleshooting. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. Strong organisational abilities with experience managing budgets and contracts. An opportunity has arisen for a Parking Representations and Appeals Officer to join a client in London on contract basis. You will be responsible for investigating parking appeals and representations, enforcing PCN's (penalty charge notices) where applicable and managing statutory and non-statutory complaints. Other duties include handling telephone queries, carrying out site visits, providing specialist parking advice and assisting the parking enforcement contractor with any issues or problems. This is a full-time contract position so please only apply if you have Parking Appeals experience. The rate on offer is £22 - £24 per hour - negotiable for the right candidate. Flexible working arrangements are available alongside home working opportunities.
