We are seeking an outstanding Corporate Receptionists to deliver exceptional service to clients and guests entering and exiting the premises daily. This position is ideal for someone with a high-end customer service background who enjoys interacting with people and providing five-star service. You will be managing a team of five event planners taking the lead on larger conference organisation, ensuring exceptional service is delivered across all meetings and event space. The role will be to ensure that all events are created, accurate function sheets documented, and all parties involved to the success of the event have the relevant details to execute the daily program of events. You will be engaging with the hospitality operations team, audio visual and housekeeping plus front of house guest services team from an administrative function sheet standpoint. The role is to motivate and support the events team along with managing client standards. Your main objectives will include: Taking ownership of the planning and execution of conferences, events & meeting ensuring that all function sheets are accurate and detailed Team welfare, motivating & leading the events team to exceed client expectations, support your team by leading from the front.
