About the Role:As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reporting & Analysis:

- Produce insightful reports for budget holders and executive teams.- Analyse business performance monthly and identify areas for improvement.- Collaborate with budget holders to clarify spend and drive efficiency.

• Budget Management:

- Partner with executives to build annual budgets and monthly forecasts.- Provide detailed analysis and reporting on budget movements.

• Wider Finance Tasks:

- Streamline finance processes to improve service delivery.- Engage in special projects, including system implementations and new bids. Your Skills & Experience: We are looking for candidates who possess:

• ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent) and relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of management information and integrated accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to distil complex data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication skills to foster strong inter-departmental relationships.
• Experience in providing management information under tight deadlines.
