This is a pivotal role supporting the CEO and Board, combining executive assistance with governance and compliance responsibilities. You'll coordinate strategic projects, manage regulatory reporting, and ensure smooth operations across leadership and governance functions.

Description
- Manage CEO's diary, inbox, travel, and expenses
- Coordinate Board and Committee meetings and follow-ups
- Lead trustee recruitment, induction, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and reporting
- Support internal communications and leadership operations
- Maintain policy library and contribute to safeguarding culture
- Liaise with senior stakeholders and represent the CEO
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Exceptionally organised and calm under pressure
- Experienced in C-suite support and charity governance
- Skilled in prioritising and managing complex workloads
- Emotionally intelligent and discreet with sensitive info
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
Job Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of 17.85 to 20.83
