We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and make an immediate impact. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with data, and know how to turn insights into growth-this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across channels such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Audit and improve campaign performance, identifying quick wins and scaling opportunities
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across audiences, platforms, and creatives
• Drive a strong testing agenda, running A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Analyse performance data and translate it into clear, actionable insights
• Monitor and optimise key KPIs including CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and overall commercial performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and confidently engage senior stakeholders

What we're looking for:

• Proven hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of paid media channels and campaign optimisation techniques
• Commercial mindset with a deep understanding of performance metrics and growth levers
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in analytics tools
• Ability to prioritise effectively and deliver results quickly
• Experience with martech tools including CRM systems, CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools
• Adaptability to new platforms and proprietary tech stacks
