A fast-growing education consultancy near Moorgate is looking for a Marketing Executive to drive multi-channel demand generation and brand growth across both UK and global audiences. This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing campaigns across multiple brands, regions, or markets, such as within recruitment or international B2B environments.
You'll take ownership of inbound and digital marketing campaigns that increase visibility, generate leads, and nurture engagement across international territories.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Demand Generation
- Plan and deliver integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple regions and channels (SEO, paid search, social, retargeting, email, and HubSpot automation).
- Adapt and tailor campaigns to suit different audiences, brands, or markets-balancing global consistency with local nuance.
- Build and optimise landing pages, nurture journeys, and marketing assets to drive conversion.
Content & Channel Optimisation
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to produce engaging materials (blogs, guides, webinars, videos) that align with commercial goals.
- Ensure all assets are optimised for search, conversion, and brand tone.
- Manage and grow international paid and organic campaigns, testing new platforms and formats.
Performance, Insights & Reporting
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, measuring ROI and pipeline contribution.
- Use data insights to continually refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
- Support alignment between marketing and sales to ensure smooth lead management.
About You
- Degree or CIM-qualified, with 3+ years of marketing experience in demand generation, performance, or digital marketing.
- Proven success in multi-brand, regional, or international marketing environments (e.g. recruitment, education, or global B2B sectors).
- Proficient in marketing automation tools - ideally HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, paid media, and lead-nurture campaigns.
- Analytical, creative, and adaptable, with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
