Marketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced and creative marketer to join our team. This is an exciting new role within our company, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns using multi channels including digital to increase brand awareness, generate leads and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media, email, search engine marketing, and display advertising
• Manage and optimize for SEO website content to improve search engine ranking and user experience
• Analyse and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve results
• Produce engaging and effective marketing content including online videos, emails and website content
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and make recommendations for new tools and techniques to improve results
• Liaise with marketing assistant to ensure that social media content is engaging and aligns to branding
• Develop and manage email and direct mail marketing campaigns to generate leads and improve customer retention
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals
• Liaise directly with development team

About you

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and technologies, such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong copy writing & design skills
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with website optimization
• Strategic Mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
• Produce detailed webpage/email spec for development team
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS (good to have but not essential)
