VP, Operational Resilience/Business Continuity Manager

Salary - £89,000 + All other company benefits

Hybrid working - x2 days per week in office (Central London)

Spencer Rose are partnered with a leading Financial Services organisation who is currently on the look out for a VP level Operational Resilience/Business Continuity Manager. Within this role, the VP Operational Resilience/Business Continuity Manager will be responsible for the oversight of Operational Resilience, Third Party Risk, Third Party Resilience and looking at exit strategies for Third Party's as well as Business Continuity Management and Business Impact Assessments.

The VP Operational Resilience/Business Continuity Manager will have the following key responsibilities -

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all Business Continuity Management (BCM) stakeholders across the organisation
• Serve as the dedicated resilience and risk subject matter expert for Enterprise Continuity, Crisis Management, Operational Resilience, and Third-Party Risk Management
• Partner with Third-Party Management (TPM) and Procurement teams throughout the vendor life cycle

The VP Operational Resilience/Business Continuity Manager will need to have the following skills/experience -

• Experience designing and delivering business continuity & Operational resilience scenario testing, including vulnerability identification and remediation.
• Demonstrable experience delivering Third Party Resilience programmes, ensuring suppliers and outsourced service providers meet business continuity, operational resilience and regulatory requirements
• Experienced in business process mapping and using these capabilities to produce MI.
• Must have previous experience working within one of the following industry sectors - Financial Services, Banking or Insurance
