Who are you?

Quite possibly a UX Designer whom has suffered rejection lately because you have worked mainly in the Tech SMe space or indeed a start-up. We are not a corporate! We are never going to be. If you are someone which enjoys the corporate arena, that's absolutely spendid but you're not for us. Doesn't matter if we grew to 400 people (we're about 125 just now) still be a tech SMe, still feel like a start-up to many people. IF you have done corporate and didn't like it, well keep reading.

As our newest UX Designer, you will collaborate with our UX Manager and you will be expected to contribute to all aspects of design and execution including pitching ideas, conducting interviews, creating wireframes, prototyping, and partnering developers to implement your vision. We are looking for a person who will be able to take a critical look at the products we are working on and propose solutions that will provide the best user experience.

3-5 years experience as a UX Designer, ideally with the Tech SMe or Start-Up arena being used to fully Agile is desireable not essential

Experience gained in a web based company and understanding the workflows that their role fits within to allow delivery of best in class websites.

Strong UX Design

Collaborate CLOSELY with other UX Designers, Product Managers and various Developers to ship high-quality features.

Track record using data/analytics to influence designs

About the RoleAspen is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Reserving Systems & Data Lead to manage and continually enhance our end-to-end reserving data environment. This role plays a central part in ensuring the accuracy, robustness, and reliability of our actuarial data processes across all lines of business during the quarterly reserving cycle.You will oversee the monthly processing of claims and premiums data, own the design and control of the reserving models and SQL database, and serve as the key liaison between the Group Reserving Team and wider business stakeholders.
