Skills required

• Extensive ServiceNow development experience
• Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and strong development experience in ServiceNow Platform features.
• Extensive experiences in deploying ServiceNow HRSD and/or CDSM aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Experience coordinating with other process and integration owners
• Actively participate in understanding customer problems.
• Experience helping customers deploy and see the value of the products they have purchased.
