Looking to work on something meaningful? I'm currently helping a mission-led health tech start-up who are using AI to remove admin overload, freeing up doctors and clinicians to do what they do best: care.

They're tackling complex, data-heavy workflows with intelligent automation. The result? Faster decisions. Better care. Less burnout. And millions of lives already improved.

They're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our founding tech team and help scale the impact even further.

What You'll Be Doing

• Take real ownership across the full development life cycle - from idea to production
• Work closely with our CTO and CEO to shape the product roadmap
• Architect, build and maintain full stack systems (Python or C# + modern JS)
• Integrate LLMs into real-world applications - and explore where AI can go next
• Build scalable, cloud-native web services
• Collaborate with users and iterate quickly based on real feedback

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience building scalable systems with Python or C#
• Strong Front End experience (React, Vue, Angular - your choice)
• Cloud architecture know-how (AWS, Azure, GCP - any flavour works)
• Solid understanding of relational databases
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, or similar
• Experience in a start-up, greenfield, or high-autonomy team environment
• Passionate problem-solver with a bias for ownership and impact

Bonus Points If

• You've shipped LLM-based products in production
• You love early-stage energy and building from scratch
