SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Trainer
Location: Remote (Europe-based preferred)Contract: Freelance, initial 6 months (possible extension)
Conexus is supporting a major international consultancy in delivering a high-impact SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. We're seeking a freelance SAP Supply Chain Trainer with deep expertise across logistics modules to support end-user enablement and training delivery.
Your Responsibilities:Deliver engaging, process-driven training across SAP EWM within Inventory management, VAS, Inbound/Outbound Logistics
- Translate complex system workflows into clear, user-friendly learning content
Create documentation, job aids, and materials tailored to business end-users
Collaborate with the functional team, business SMEs, and change managers
Facilitate user readiness assessments and post-training support (incl. hypercare)
Support Train-the-Trainer rollout where needed
5+ years of experience delivering SAP training within logistics/supply chain domains
Expertise in S/4HANA and Fiori-based navigation
Ability to simplify technical concepts for operational teams
Experience working on global rollouts in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
