Contract Salesforce Trainer Hybrid

My client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Trainer to design and deliver an engaging training programme for a UK&I Sales Cloud rollout. You ll empower users of all levels to make the most of Salesforce, adopt best practices, and embrace new tools and processes.

3 month initial contract - £500 - £600 per day inside Ir35

What you ll do:

• Create and deliver tailored training for beginner to advanced users

• Run live, in-person, and virtual workshops via Teams

• Produce user guides, video tutorials, and self-paced learning resources (including for digital adoption platforms)

• Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and adapt content accordingly

• Provide one-to-one coaching and ongoing user support

• Monitor training impact and enhance materials based on feedback

What you ll bring:

• 3+ years experience training Salesforce end users

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud

• Skilled in creating and delivering both in-person and virtual training content

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficient with PowerPoint, Google Slides, LMS platforms, and video tools

• Experience with digital adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix) is a plus
