About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on IT Training Coordinator to design, deliver, and continuously improve engaging learning experiences that help colleagues get the best from our core and bespoke systems. You'll lead induction programmes for new starters, build a rolling calendar of upskilling sessions, and create clear, user-friendly learning assets that support day-to-day productivity. The role is London-based with hybrid working and occasional travel to other offices with advance notice.

Person SpecificationEssential* Proven experience delivering IT training within a law firm (or legal professional services environment).* Hands-on experience training and supporting iManage Work (preferably v10+), including best-practice use and user adoption.* Strong Microsoft 365 skills and confidence training users at all levels; able to tailor content to different learning preferences and styles.* Experience with business process modelling/use cases and translating workflows into practical training.* Excellent organisation and time management; able to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines with a flexible, proactive approach.* Collaborative communicator with a customer-focused mindset and meticulous attention to detail.* Education: GCSEs (grades 9-4) or equivalent, including at least grade 6 in English and Maths.
