Are you an experienced change and communications professional with a passion for HR technology transformation?
We're looking for an HRIS Change & Communications Manager to lead change, engagement and adoption for a global HR systems programme, helping to deliver a world class employee experience across 35+ countries.
Working closely with HR, Technology and senior stakeholders, you'll develop and deliver change strategies, communication campaigns and adoption plans that support the successful implementation of a global HRIS (SuccessFactors). You'll also manage change workstreams, track delivery against programme milestones and help ensure employees are confident and ready to embrace new ways of working.
What you'll be doing
- Lead change management, communications and adoption activities for a global HR transformation programme
- Create engaging communication and stakeholder engagement plans
- Manage change deliverables, timelines, risks and reporting across the project life cycle
- Partner with HR, IT and business leaders to drive readiness and successful adoption
- Support training, employee engagement and the transition into business as usual
- Measure adoption, employee experience and programme benefits
What we're looking for
- Proven experience leading change and communications within large HR or digital transformation programmes
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong project planning, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working across global organisations and managing multiple priorities
- A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to influence at all levels
