Senior Flutter Developer - £85,000-£100,000 + Bonus - Hybrid in London

We're on the hunt for a Senior Flutter Developer to lead the development of a high-impact mobile product used by hundreds of thousands of users. You'll be joining a fast-paced and quality-driven environment where code ownership, innovation, and collaboration are at the heart of everything.

What You'll Be Doing

• Take the technical lead on complex mobile projects using Flutter

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Backend, and QA teams

• Mentor and support other mobile engineers

• Continuously improve codebase quality and best practices

• Contribute to the strategic direction of mobile engineering

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial Flutter experience

• 4-5 years of prior mobile development experience

• 7+ years of overall engineering experience

• Strong understanding of mobile engineering best practices

• Previous experience in fast-paced, product-led environments

• Passion for code quality, user experience, and continuous delivery

Nice to Have

• Startup experience

• A strong sense of product ownership

The Offer

• £85,000-£100,000 base salary, plus quarterly performance bonus
