A London based charity are looking to recruit a Development Manager to lead a small team of Developers as part of a major digital transformation programme.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Leading on process and creation of technical solution design and documentation
• Overseeing the development process to produce reliable and efficient software solutions
• Leading on the technical elements of project delivery throughout the project life cycle
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
• Ensuring all development work is delivered to agreed schedules.
• Conducting regular code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency

The successful candidate will have a broad Development background including C#, Angular, Node and AWS/Azure, as well as some line management experience.
