D365 Lead Developer - UK (Remote) - c£70K

An established organisation is seeking an experienced lead developer to manage their Dynamics 365 development function. This is a key leadership role combining team management, technical ownership, and solution architecture across a complex enterprise environment.

You will play a central role in shaping the development roadmap, leading delivery, and ensuring scalable, secure solutions across Dynamics 365 and integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the development team, driving high-quality delivery
• Own the application development roadmap and sprint delivery
• Define and lead solution architecture across Dynamics 365
• Act as the technical authority, setting standards and governance
• Oversee integration strategy, APIs, and data architecture

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
• Experience with Azure services and system integration's
• Proven background in senior, lead, or architect-level roles
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions
