Creative Director (Luxury Brands), 6 months, London/Hybrid, £700 - £725/day (Inside IR35)

Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished Creative Director to lead the creative vision, strategy, and execution across a luxury brand at both a global and regional level. The role requires a proven track record of delivering award-winning campaigns, leading multi-agency networks, and shaping brand narratives for some of the world's most recognisable businesses.

This individual will partner with senior stakeholders to drive innovation, inspire creative teams, and foster client relationships that result in new business growth and global brand transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead creative strategy for a global luxury brand
  • Inspire and manage creative departments, overseeing large multi-disciplinary teams across markets.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns across print, digital, social, experiential, and retail channels.
  • Act as global creative lead for flagship accounts, ensuring consistency of brand storytelling
  • Collaborate with strategy, data, and client service teams to develop disruptive, insight-led campaigns.
  • Maintain and raise standards of creative excellence through regular reviews, mentoring, and thought leadership.
  • Foster strong client partnerships with C-suite executives, driving long-term business growth.

  • Deep expertise in luxury and lifestyle sectors, with commercial acumen to match.
  • Success in developing and executing award-winning campaigns for luxury, fashion, lifestyle brands.
  • Experience leading large-scale global accounts
  • Ability to establish bespoke agency models and oversee international network operations.
  • Portfolio of integrated campaigns
  • Comfortable representing agencies at the highest level, including media, public speaking, and industry events.
