Fully remote - start Monday 19th January

*public sector discovery phase experience is essential.*

Experienced Content Designer needed for a central government project

You will

  • Build an understanding of the current context and champion user centred design

  • Develop a plan for co-design based on the previous discoveries

  • Plan and deliver codesign sessions

  • Write up the evidence-based recommendations for reforms to criteria which emerge from the co-design.

  • Rewrite the criteria and guidance document to be clearer for users, using the outcomes of the co-design and previous research.

  • Secondary research and reporting/analysis

  • Summarise and communicate findings and share knowledge and research

You MUST have strong experience in a similar role within Public Sector and be able to show experience in discovery phases
