Description
A Senior HR Advisor to:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees.
- Manage employee relations matters, including handling grievances and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices in the Human Resources department.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Oversee performance management and staff development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and projects.
- Provide support and advice on organisational change and restructuring initiatives.
Profile
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
- Experience within education highly desired.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in handling employee relations matters.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
