We have an opportunity for a Reward Specialist to join our client on a temp to perm basis starting ASAP.
This is a really exciting opportunity to work on a remote basis with quarterly meetings in London with the team.
Ideally, they are looking for candidates with experience in:
- Pay reviews.
- Job evaluation
- Data analysis and management
- EU Pay transparency project (Gender pay gap)
