We re looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations Manager to manage the systems, reports, and infrastructure that power our business. You ll work closely with consultants, leadership, and suppliers to ensure the business runs efficiently behind the scenes giving our teams the tools and data they need to succeed.

Part of a small but agile operations function, this is a varied and impactful role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, loves making systems work more efficiently, and wants to help a high-performing business run at its best.

You ll be the go-to person for keeping people productive, systems functioning, and data available. From onboarding new starters to maintaining day-to-day tech and tools, this role underpins the effectiveness of our consultants and our ability to scale.

What you ll be doing:

  • Overseeing the full onboarding process for new starters ensuring they have the right equipment, system access, and training so they re ready to succeed from day one.
  • Managing user access and functionality across key platforms including Bullhorn, LogicMelon, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft 365 ensuring we maximise our return on these tools, troubleshoot issues, and stay ahead of updates.
  • Working with systems including OneUp and call reporting tools, to produce regular KPI reports and dashboards that help track consultant activity, drive incentives, and support other reporting needs.
  • Ensuring staff consultants across our offices can work without interruption including laptops, mobiles, email, internet, and IT.
  • Overseeing relationships with key suppliers including job boards, equipment providers, and RecTech vendors to manage usage, credits, and contract renewals in line with business priorities.

What we re looking for:

  • Proven experience in recruitment operations or RecTech.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant recruitment and IT systems including Excel, Teams, & Sharepoint.
  • Confident managing infrastructure, platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with consultants, leadership, and suppliers.
  • Highly organised, solutions-focused, and responsive under pressure.
