You'll be the go-to person for managers across the business, shaping recruitment, driving employee engagement, and supporting a wide range of HR initiatives. You'll gain exposure to the full HR lifecycle - from employee relations to L&D - while working in a collaborative and supportive team that invests in your growth.What you'll be doing: Be the first point of contact for HR queries across the business Advise and guide managers on policies, procedures, and employment law Own and manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, ensuring quality hires Support and deliver training, CPD and development programmes Advise on disciplinary and grievance cases with confidence Maintain HR records and compliance standards Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partnersWhat we're looking for: CIPD qualified (Level 3-5 desirable) or equivalent Strong HR generalist experience with recruitment expertise Sound knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations cases HRIS experience (Workday desirable) A confident communicator, able to influence and build trust Highly organised, proactive and results-focused with a "can do" approachWhat's in it for you?
