Description

  • Partner with leadership teams to align people strategies with business goals.

  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Support talent acquisition and development initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion strategies to create an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage change effectively by supporting teams through organisational transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across all HR practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Profile

A successful People Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in a Human Resources role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices in the retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform decisions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering innovative HR solutions.
  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
