Travel Operations Manager
Base Salary to 45,000 + Bonus and Great Benefits
Hybrid - Central London
Our client, a leading travel company are recruiting for an experienced Travel Operations Manager to help support both their corporate and leisure clients.
This role involves managing a small team of support consultants and candidates must have working knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus.
Previous team leader or management experience within the travel industry is essential for this role.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis - Central London
Travel Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Day to day duties of a team of support desk staff ensuring the smooth running and addressing issues promptlyDealing with both corporate and leisure queries, tasks such as Airfares and ticketing questions, refunds, training, ADM disputes, NDC queries plus many more dutiesMonitor service levels and SLAsManaging and resolving any client and supplier complaints Travel Operations Manager Experience Required:
Extensive team leader or management experience ideally within a TMC but with some leisure experience previously gained.Extensive working knowledge of Galileo and Amadeus
Good knowledge of flights and fares
Strong knowledge of travel products including rail, hotel programmes and car hire
Travel Operations Manager Salary and Benefits:
Base Salary to 45,000 depending on experience
