You must have Hospitality industry experience to be considered for this role!Your New RoleYou will be responsible for delivering insightful financial analysis to support business performance across the group. You will work closely with operational and senior leadership teams, providing key reporting and recommendations to drive profitability and support growth initiatives.Key responsibilities will include:

• Producing weekly and monthly trading and performance analysis
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
• Developing financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic projects
• Analysing revenue, labour, and cost trends across multiple sites
• Delivering commercial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Partnering with operational teams to understand key drivers of performance
• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and enhance decision-making

What You'll Need to Succeed

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
• Hospitality industry experience, ideally multi-site
• Proven financial analysis & modelling experience
• Business partnering experience
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-rich environment
