They are recruiting experienced business travel enthusiasts to become an important part of their continued success and growth. THE ROLE Our client is looking for a Health, Safety and Compliance Lead. Key responsibilities:

• Review and monitor property audits completely by third party consultants.
• Raise all concerns and build appropriate remedial action through reviews of audits and risk assessments.
• Complete ongoing Health and Safety reviews of each contracted UK property.
• Work in partnership with third party auditors to oversee property audits.
• Challenge and question aspects of the audit when required.
• Arrange regular reviews post audit completion.
• Participate in regular meetings in the internal team and client.
• Ensure all Health and Safety data taken from the in-house reporting system is continuously analysed.

THE PERSON Key skills, experience and qualifications:

• H&S degree or advanced level Food Hygiene qualification from an accredited governing body.
• H&S degree of advanced level qualifications from governing body.
• Previous experience maintaining and developing internal quality systems.
• Previous experience working within a Quality Management System (ISO 9001 is desirable).
• Audit assessment and defect management experience.
• Operational Hotel experience is desirable.
• Project Management experience is desirable.

With the opportunity to be remote or hybrid within the Bradford office, the role is paying up to 50k per annum.
