About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a dynamic kitchen brigade serving modern staff dining with a strong emphasis on:

• Health & nutrition
• Street food concepts
• Seasonal and sustainable produce

You'll play a key role in food preparation and service across a variety of counters, contributing ideas for menus and collaborating with a team that prides itself on innovation and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with daily menus and seasonal rotations
• Work across hot, cold, and live food stations as required
• Ensure all food is served to a high standard of taste, presentation, and hygiene
• Support menu development with a focus on health, balance, and global food trends
• Maintain excellent food safety and allergen compliance
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service

We're Looking For:

• A strong Chef de Partie with proven experience in contract catering, premium staff dining, or quality restaurants
• Passion for nutrition-forward, globally inspired food
• A calm, team-focused professional with good time management and multitasking skills
• Solid understanding of food safety and HACCP practices
• Positive attitude and keen interest in developing your skills and ideas
