Chef de Partie, B&I London 32k, Monday to FridayWe have a great opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Chef de Partie at our clients' site based in the City of London.Working within corporate environment, the site caters for high volume staff dining and extensive hospitality. Food is modern and everything is made fresh on site.What you will be doing: working as part of a large team of chefs supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the running of the kitchen helping to train and develop junior chefs work all areasWith food being the heart of the site, you will be a foodie with a real handle on current trends and concepts including street food and healthy eating as well as a keenness to push new ideas forward and be creative with dishes.
