Lead MEP BIM Coordinator - City of London Salary: c. 55,000 + hybrid working

A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy with a head office in Milton Keynes is seeking a highly experienced Lead MEP BIM Coordinator for its growing team in the City of London. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an accomplished BIM professional to take ownership of coordination delivery and lead a talented group of technicians and coordinators.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving BIM standards, ensuring high-quality project outputs, and mentoring junior team members. The position is offered on a hybrid working basis (3 days in the London office, 2 days from home).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the MEP BIM team within the London office

• Oversee BIM coordination on a range of projects, including residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments

• Maintain and advance BIM standards, workflows, and best practices

• Liaise closely with design teams to ensure coordinated and clash-free models

• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to the wider team

• Ensure timely delivery of project information and documentation

Requirements:

• Strong and proven experience in MEP BIM coordination within the UK construction industry

• Excellent working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and associated BIM tools

• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team

• Strong understanding of building services (mechanical, electrical, and public health)

• Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
