You will oversee all aspects of site safety, maintenance, compliance, bookings, and contractor management, ensuring facilities are welcoming, safe, and financially sustainable.The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in premises, facilities, or estates management, ideally within a school, community, or leisure environment. You will bring strong knowledge of health & safety compliance, confidence in managing budgets and contractors, and the ability to lead a small support team, as well as suggest strategy to improve experience / revenue generation.
