Position: Administrator

Salary: £100 - £110 per day

Smart Teachers is currently recruiting for a professional, organised, and proactive Administrator to support the TfL Project Guardian initiative a vital safeguarding project aimed at improving the safety and confidence of young people on public transport. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a difference.

• Providing high-quality administrative support to the Project Guardian team

• Coordinating training sessions and workshops with schools, transport partners, and stakeholders

• Managing project-related communications, calendars, and documents

• Collating feedback, monitoring attendance, and preparing reports

• Supporting data entry and maintaining accurate records for compliance

• Liaising with school staff, TfL representatives, and external agencies

• Has previous experience in administration, preferably within education, public service, or safeguarding

• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Is confident using Microsoft Office and online platforms such as Excel, Outlook, and Teams

• Can manage multiple priorities with efficiency and discretion

• Is DBS-checked or willing to undergo a DBS check

• Demonstrates a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
