Key Skills / Responsibilities / Experience
- Run discovery & workshops; map as-is/to-be; write stories/ACs; manage backlog.
- Define integration readiness (contracts, NFRs) and trace to UAT entry/exit.
- Produce use cases/recommendations and support decision packs.
- Support agentic-aware requirements (HITL checkpoints, guardrails).
- HRIS fluency (Workday / SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM basics).
- UAT ownership; crisp documentation; stakeholder management across CHRO and CIO.
- Writes real ACs; understands NFRs and integration readiness.
- AI, GenAI or Agentic experience.
