Key Skills / Responsibilities / Experience

• Run discovery & workshops; map as-is/to-be; write stories/ACs; manage backlog.
• Define integration readiness (contracts, NFRs) and trace to UAT entry/exit.
• Produce use cases/recommendations and support decision packs.
• Support agentic-aware requirements (HITL checkpoints, guardrails).
• HRIS fluency (Workday / SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM basics).
• UAT ownership; crisp documentation; stakeholder management across CHRO and CIO.
• Writes real ACs; understands NFRs and integration readiness.
• AI, GenAI or Agentic experience.
