Mason Frank have partnered with an established Digital Consulting business who are in the process of building a best in class Salesforce practice in the UK ecosystem.

This role would suit an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant who would like to join this Partner at a critical point in their growth and take a lead role in their consulting practice.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and implement Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients with Salesforce knowledge.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure seamless Salesforce operations

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant: i.e Sales, Service & Experience) are a plus.
