Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing carbon emissions from buildings, including operational and embodied carbon.
• Assisting in calculating carbon baselines for real estate portfolios.
• Supporting the ESG team with research, data analysis, and sustainability insights.
• Contributing to the development of net-zero strategies and decarbonisation roadmaps for a variety of clients.
• Supporting the development of science-based targets for clients to help them achieve their net-zero goals.
• Delivering presentations and contributing to internal workshops on sustainability and carbon reduction.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A degree in architecture, engineering, or a related buildings-related field.
• Knowledge of carbon emissions from buildings, including both embodied and operational carbon.
• Understanding of net-zero principles and strategies for decarbonisation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for sustainability and climate action.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and personal development.
