Accounts Assistant Location: London Salary: GBP32,000 - GBP38,000 pro rata Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm (Flexible Hybrid possible) Bridge Recruitment are currently working with our well-established Consultancy client to assist in the recruitment of an Accounts Administrator to join their ever-expanding team. You will be working closely with the Financial Controller and providing Accounts support to him and the company team. Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator: Raising customer invoices Processing supplier and subcontractor invoices (accounts payable) Supporting Financial Controller with general reporting & production of management accounts Posting journals into SAGE Credit Control Chasing of timesheets and logging of time by person, by project VAT returns Requirements of the Accounts Administrator: Financial administration, accounting and/or bookkeeping experience including accounts receivable, accounts payable, WIP, general ledger and financial reporting Experience of using SAGE is preferred Must be a completer finisher and have good attention to detail Ability to work without supervision Ability to handle confidential information Strong prioritisation and organisational skills If you feel you meet the above criteria and can commit to an initial 6-month Fixed Term Contract apply now to be considered for this exciting opportunity
