Ability to deliver engaging, audience-appropriate technical reports and presentations. Experience working in a consultancy is advantageous but not compulsory. Project Director London Up to 110,000 plus packageOur client is one of the leading building envelope specialists operating in Europe and active in the UK, offering the complete design, supply and installation of integrated curtain walling and cladding solutions and they are looking to strengthen their Operations team with a Project Director based in London and working on 2 to 3 projects both in London.With an extensive portfolio of works up to 15 million in value, including a number of envelope packages on large prestigious commercial new builds in London they seek a key member of the management team. This Project Director position requires excellent communication and management skills to co-ordinate input from each department, to maximise the efficiency and add value to the project.You will be fully conversant with the cost and be able to plan activities safely, having direct responsibility for all activities carried out on site and must be able to implement the business management system procedures and provide a professional approach to all aspects of the project.Reporting to the Managing Director your duties will be to take full operational responsibility for projects from pre-tender and design phases through to project award.
