CAT A Fit Out & Hotel 5 Listed Refurbishment

An excellent opportunity to join a growing Main Contractor, supporting their construction team to deliver a 30m CAT A office commercial scheme with the future project being a 5 Hotel listed refurbishment of a building for a 200 key hotel in city of London.

As a Site Manager, you would be responsible for the management of the on-site programme and delivery of the project, ensuring strong performance of the sub contractors to meet the programme and budget of the project.

You would hold a Degree or Diploma in a Construction related subject CSCS for Managers Temporary Works/Lifting Supervisor, IOSH/NEBOSH or relevant health and safety certification.
