Are you a local Multi Skilled Technician looking for work?Our leading Facilities Management client is seeking a Multi Skilled Technician to join the team in London (EC2V 7PG).

Start: 01/07/2025 End: 30/09/2025Temp roleTimings: 07 AM - 7 PMPay: 23/hrNeed to have a Standard DBS - Milti-Skilled engineer as per job description attached. working hours will be on rolling 7am-4pm or 10am-7pm shifts changing each week

Qualifications/Required Experience:

• Experience in building services, working within financial / critical environments
• Apprenticeship in electrical/mechanical maintenance
• City and Guilds 236 A&B (2360 parts 1 and 2) or equivalent would be desirable
• IET 18th edition would be desirable
• City & Guilds 2394 / 2395 or 2391 Electrical Testing & Inspection would be desirable
• Water Hygiene/Legionella Management experience desirable
• Ability to think clearly in extreme circumstances
• Good knowledge of building services and legislation
• Have both mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
• Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
• Proactive and enthusiastic Team Player that brings out the best in others
• Possesses MS office (word, excel and PowerPoint) skills
• Health and Safety aware in all aspects of the business
• Highly customer focused with a capacity to learn and progress
• Visibly demonstrates a "Can Do' attitude that encourages team participation
• A "problem solver" with ambition to achieve
