We have an opportunity for a Membership Services Adviser to to join our Membership Services team on a 12 months Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave.Part of our Membership Directorate, this team provide key front line support to our members and branches, acting as the first port of a call for enquiries, complaints, issues and feedback.Our 180,000 strong membership plays a vital role in supporting the work of RBL. Members build relationships. They share experiences with people, and have a say in the way we run.
