- Input supplier invoices on a daily basis.
- Ensure all invoices are correctly coded and approved before posting to Sage
- Review and prepare supplier statement reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Ensure invoices, payments and adjustments are entered in the purchase ledger
- Electronic filling of supplier invoices
- VAT support
- Ensure credit cards are coded and approved correctly
- Credit card reconciliations
- Second, approval of bank fees
- Sage experience is essential
- CV stability
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and personable
- Desire to have a long tenure in a company
