Your responsibilities will include:- Preparing monthly management accounts and variance analysis- Ownership of the P&L and balance sheet reconciliations- Supporting the month-end close process- Cash flow forecasting and bank reconciliations- Identifying and implementing process improvements- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling- Partnering with department heads to provide financial guidanceWhat you'll need to succeed- Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)- Strong understanding of UK GAAP and financial reporting standards- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Experience in retail, wellness, or consumer goods is a plus, but not essentialWhat you'll get in returnThis is a unique chance to join a purpose-driven company with a strong emphasis on employee wellbeing and career development.
