Description

Our role will enable you to:

  • Develop the compliance policy framework and other key tasks to implement key obligations for the team.
  • Support the Compliance Transformation efforts including identifying potential efficiencies in processes and helping to document roles and responsibilities to meet the Compliance mandate.
  • Drive Compliance initiatives which would have a positive impact on the Compliance Department to enhance operational efficiencies

Profile

A successful VP Compliance Policy and Governance should have:

  • Experience of assessing and implementing regulatory change, compliance risk, framework management or advisory
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills influencing across departments as well as managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver tasks, projects, and assignments within deadlines and to the desired standards
  • Project based experience within an area of regulatory compliance
