We are working with a global payments company licensed and regulated in the UK, providing end-to-end payment solutions built on proprietary technology.

We're seeking an ambitious Head of Sales to lead and scale a high-performing sales team. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll shape the future of fintech sales. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing B2B sales team.
• Design and execute multi-channel sales strategies (direct, indirect, partnerships, social).
• Drive individual and team performance to exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing to deliver targeted campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Own the end-to-end client journey, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Act as first line of defence on AML, financial crime, and regulatory risks.

What We're Looking For

• Must have a payments/fintech background
• Proven experience leading and scaling B2B sales teams
• Strong personal track record in sales and account acquisition.
• Excellent leadership and performance management skills.
