Reg Ops Analyst - Middle Office, EMIR/SFTR (1 year contract)Up to £350 P/D inside IR35Central London - HybridI'm working with a global asset manager based in Central London, who is looking for an experienced Reg Ops Analyst to join them on an initial one year contract. This isn't just a reporting role; it's a high-impact seat at one of the world's most prestigious active asset managers.The role:

• You'll split your time between high-stakes Production Oversight (EMIR/SFTR reporting and collateral) and Agile Project Management. You aren't just following a process; you're building the future of how the business handles regulatory change.
• As the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you'll be the face of Regulatory Ops, collaborating with Portfolio Managers, IT, and Service Providers.
• You'll have the mandate to identify structural inefficiencies and propose your own solutions.

The core requirements:

• 2-3+ years in Middle Office (OTC, ETD, or Collateral) and a solid grip on EMIR/SFTR within Asset Management/Investment Management/Wealth Management.
• Familiarity with Agile methods is key. They want someone who can moderate workshops and juggle multiple initiatives without dropping the ball.
