You'll manage and grow a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) clients with a focus on Commercial, Residential and Mixed-Use Real Estate lending. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with a background in private banking, boutique lending, or real estate-focused financial institutions, who thrives in relationship-led environments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate and structure tailored lending solutions for HNW individuals
  • Manage an active client portfolio and grow new business across deposits and lending
  • Represent the bank's brand in the property sector and wider HNW market
  • Present complex borrowing cases to credit and underwriting committees
  • Drive client acquisition through professional networks and referrals
Requirements:
  • Proven background in Commercial Real Estate Finance
  • Strong knowledge of credit structuring and private banking services
  • Experience with HNW client management and portfolio growth
  • Track record in acquiring new clients and delivering complex deals
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
